Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Corbett National Park Visit, we aim to provide clear and transparent booking assistance for safari services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

Disclaimer: We are a private travel agency and are not affiliated with any government authority or official booking website. Safari permits are issued by the forest department and are subject to their rules.

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are processed based on availability of safari permits.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and confirmation is shared via email/WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Safari Bookings (Jeep / Canter)

Safari permits issued by forest authorities are non-refundable once confirmed.

In case of cancellation after booking confirmation, the government permit fee is non-refundable.

Service Charges

Our service/processing fee may be partially refundable depending on the stage of booking.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

3. No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided in case of no-show or late arrival at the safari gate. 4. Cancellation Due to Natural or Administrative Reasons
Safari may be cancelled due to weather conditions, park closure, or government orders.

In such cases:

Refund eligibility depends on forest department rules

Our service fee may be adjusted or partially refunded at our discretion 5. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

6. Incorrect Information
No refund will be provided if incorrect details (name, age, ID proof) are submitted by the customer, as permits are non-transferable. 7. Modification Policy
Date or zone changes depend on availability and forest department approval
